EPICUREANS E.E. / Plutos is the controller for trade-enquiry and waitlist information submitted through this website.

For trade enquiries: company name, contact name, business type, country, email address, optional phone number, and the message you choose to send.

For the new-harvest waitlist: your email address, optional first name, the language of the page you signed up on, and the date you signed up.

We also receive ordinary technical request information needed to operate and secure the website.

To respond to your requested enquiry, assess trade fit and availability, provide samples or pricing information, and manage related business correspondence.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing relevant business relationships and preventing misuse of the form.

For the waitlist, we use your details only to email you about the new harvest release. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email or by writing to info@plutosevoo.com.

Authorized Plutos personnel and service providers needed to host the website and deliver the enquiry email. We use Resend as our email-delivery provider: it routes trade enquiries to the Plutos trade contact and stores the waitlist contact list used to send waitlist emails.

We do not sell your information, and we add you to the waitlist only when you sign up for it.

We keep an enquiry while it is active and afterwards only for as long as reasonably needed for the resulting business correspondence, record-keeping, dispute handling, or applicable legal obligations. Irrelevant or unsuccessful enquiries are periodically deleted.

We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or the waitlist is no longer needed. After an unsubscribe we may keep your email address only to make sure we do not email you again.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing.

You may contact info@plutosevoo.com to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

The website uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage and technical performance. This measurement is not used to add trade-enquiry contacts to advertising or email-marketing profiles.
